Lamb chops:
3 lamb chops
50 g butter
30 ml oil
30 ml soy sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Directions: Fry the chops on a hot pan in oil for about 1 minute, turn and fry for another minute. Add butter to the pan and let it caramelize. Add soy sauce and turn the chop. Season with salt and pepper. The whole process should take 3 – 4 minutes.

Golden bread crumbs:
100 g bread crumbs
30 g butter
1 garlic clove
Salt
Directions: Mince the garlic into the butter. Melt the butter on a pan and toast the bread in the butter. Season with salt.

Fried shiitake mushrooms:
50 g shiitake mushrooms
30 ml oil
30 g butter
Salt
Directions: Fry the mushrooms in oil until golden. Add butter and salt and cook briefly, but do not brown the butter.

Parsnip:
1 parsnip
Salt
Apple vinegar
Directions: Parsnip is baked in an oven at 160°C for 40 minutes. Cut into portions and season with salt and vinegar.

Pickled onion:
5 pearl onion
50 g water
50 g sugar
50 g vinegar
3 g salt
Directions: Peel onion and cut in half. Water, vinegar, salt and sugar are put in a saucepan and brought to the boil. Add the onion to the mixture and cook it for 2 minutes.

Butter:
100 g butter
10 g shallots
1/2 garlic clove
½ lemon (zest only)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Parsley
Directions: Chop onion, parsley and garlic and put in a bowl with the butter. Add grated lemon zest and Worcestershire sauce, and mix thoroughly.
