Grilled lamb with sesame-orange marinade, grilled romaine with chili oil and avocado dressing
200 g lamb steak
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 orange, zest and juice
1 tbsp Oyster sauce

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with the meat and marinade for 10 minutes. Grill for 2 min each side.

Grilled romaine and grilled orange
1 romaine hearts
½ orange
3 tbsp. chili oil

Slice the romaine lengthwise, brush with chili oil on the cut side and grill at medium-low heat for approx 1 minute, turn and grill for 1 more minute. Slice the orange into thick wedges, brush with oil and grill for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Avocado dressing
1-2 ripe avocado
juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cumin
50 ml water

Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine until creamy. Season with salt.
